Ethan Agarwal
CEO
Ethan is CEO of The Coterie. Previously, Ethan was the founder and CEO of Aaptiv, a digital fitness company that generated $100m in revenue and had over 1m paying members in 20 countries. Ethan previously spent time at a merger-arb hedge fund, McKinsey & Co in New York, and started his career in investment banking. He has his MBA from Wharton and undergrad from Johns Hopkins.
Jeson Patel
CTO
Jeson is the CTO of The Coterie. He has held positions at prominent tech companies such as Microsoft, Google, and Credit Karma. Notably, Jeson has founded and successfully exited two companies, with one being acquired by Google and the other by Credit Karma. He has a Computer Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo.
Christopher Boies
CLO
Chris is the Co-Founder and CLO of The Coterie. Previously, Chris founded and ran the corporate practice of Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, an internationally recognized law firm. He started his career at Sullivan & Cromwell after graduating from Yale Law School. Chris also sits on a number of private company boards.
